"Awesome support!"
Awesome support!

I totally spaced on getting the kit and just ordered the main Symphony machine because I was super stressed about my baby not breastfeeding.

They reached out to me to recommend adding the kit since it won’t function without it, and they didn’t charge me any extra for delivery since I had already paid for the main machine.

The delivery was quick; I received it the very next day, and the best part is it works like a charm for me!

"Delivery Service Lacks Professionalism"
I settled all my payments online, including a $20 fee for delivery. The delivery guy asked me to cough up the cash again. When I told him I had already paid, he walked off with a poor attitude. (He did return after about 5-10 minutes to finally drop off the pump.) But seriously, is this what you get for a $20 home delivery?

They responded to my message super quick and addressed all my inquiries. The pharmacy operates around the clock in the hospital, making it easy to grab and drop off the rental gear whenever you need. The service is really efficient. Just a heads up: during the covid pandemic, you gotta go through their covid screening to get into the hospital.

"Super helpful and quick to respond!"
Norma was incredibly supportive and quick to reply, which I really appreciated, especially as a mom struggling with milk supply. I placed my order on New Year's Eve and was super eager to get my hands on the pump. Even though it was a holiday on New Year's Day, Norma got back to me and told me I could grab the pump when the pharmacy opened the next day. When I got home and tried out the pump, I realized I was using it wrong. But as soon as I texted her, Norma called me right away. She even sent me some YouTube videos that made it way easier to figure out how to use the pump correctly. Big thanks to you, Norma!

What a fantastic service! After facing some unexpected nursing issues, I needed to grab a pump fast to keep my supply safe. They got it to me the very same day! Plus, I realized I left an item out of my cart, and they corrected my error without any hassle! When I received the pump, I messed up a connection, and they guided me through it. Yasmin, the one who brought the pump, was incredible. She zipped in and out in no time but made sure I had all the info I needed to set up the pump. Plus, she rang me up when I messed up my order and fixed it before heading over.
